CampusNXT ("we", "us", "our") operates the CampusNXT platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your personal data collected through the CampusNXT platform or its mobile apps (including IDCardNXT) at any time. Since CampusNXT is used by schools to manage their own students' and staff's records, most deletion requests are handled together with the school whose app/account the data belongs to.

• To request deletion, email privacy@campusnxt.com with the account/login name, the school name, and what you'd like deleted (e.g. "delete my parent login and its data").
• A school admin can also request deletion of their school's data directly by contacting their CampusNXT support contact.
• We will act on a verified request and confirm once it's done.
• Some records (e.g. fee/payment records) may need to be retained for a period to meet accounting or legal obligations, even after a deletion request.
