Getting started

How do we get started with CampusNXT?

Book a free demo. We'll show you the software, understand how your school works, import your student, staff and fee data, and train your staff before you go live.

Do we have to enter all our data again?

No. Send us your existing student, staff and fee details in Excel — or export them from your old software — and our team imports them for you.

Do you provide training?

Yes. We train your office staff, accountants and teachers when you go live, and help whenever you need it afterwards.

How do we register our school?

Fill in the school registration form. Our team will verify your details, set up your account and share login details with you.

Pricing & plans

How much does CampusNXT cost?

Plans start at ₹2,999 per year for Starter Web ERP and go up to ₹9,999 per year for Premium Custom App, plus a one-time setup fee. See the pricing page for full details.

Is the setup fee charged every year?

No. The setup fee is a one-time charge when your school is set up.

Can we upgrade later?

Yes. You can move to a bigger plan when you need the mobile app, more students or multiple branches.

Are there optional add-ons?

Yes — such as Razorpay online payments, WhatsApp API setup, study material, a smart data import tool and more. All smart add-ons are included in the Premium plan.

Features

Which modules are included?

CampusNXT covers students, admissions, attendance, biometric staff attendance, exams, progress cards, fees, online payments, payroll, expenses, transport, hostel, ID cards, WhatsApp and SMS, a parent portal and more. See all features.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. From the Web + Global App plan onwards, management, staff and parents can use the CampusNXT Android app. The Premium plan publishes an app under your school's own name and logo on the Play Store.

Can parents pay fees online?

Yes. With the Razorpay add-on, parents pay from the parent portal and the payment is recorded against their dues automatically.

Can we send WhatsApp messages to parents?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API — fee reminders, attendance alerts, payment slips and more. You can also connect your own WhatsApp API account.

Do you support more than one branch?

Yes. The Advanced Multi-Branch and Premium plans include a multi-branch dashboard and consolidated reports.

Does CampusNXT include a school website?

Yes. Every ERP plan includes a school website with .IN domain, hosting and SSL. Standalone website packages are also available.

Data & security

Is our school's data kept private?

Yes. Each school's data is kept separate, staff see only what their role allows, and logins are protected with OTP. We never sell or share your school's data.

Who can see what inside the software?

You decide. Roles such as admin, principal, accountant, staff and parent come with menu- and button-level permissions you can adjust for each user.

How do we request deletion of data?

Email privacy@campusnxt.com with the account name, school name and what you'd like deleted. See our privacy policy for details.
